After having tried all the Ramen toy could possibly have in Japan and having one of the best in Kyoto (Ramen Sen No Kaze) I'd have to say this is by far the best Ramen I've tried in town. This has exceeded my expectations when I went there with none. The Tonkatsu and Miso broth combo is just top notch. This broth was cooked with lots of time and dedication and that's what makes a Ramen dish good or just ok. Pork belly on point and very good portion, very generous with noodles as well, so it was filling for once which is my issue with a lot of Ramen joints. Now the sticky buns with miso butter are also to just die for, I can't even begin to explain those but just like an explosion of flavor and yummy-ness in your mouth and and must have when visiting this place. So needless to say this is now my top choice or only choose from now on to satisty my Ramen cravings.11/12/2023: consistent with flavor and quality, this is still my favorite ramen joint in the city. Today I tried the honey garlic wings that are out of this world good. Same good ol’ service as always.

This place used to be one of the best in Miami , I would rave to my friends and family about it but today I had one of the worst experiences . I think that there was a change in management or the chef changed but something is not right . It all started out with us coming in and waiting about 15 minutes for the server to come greet us . There was then a commotion between the chef and an elderly African American man whom I believe was the dish washer , they stated screaming at each other right in front of us , I kept looking at them to try to calm them down which they did after some time . My wife and I felt very uncomfortable during the whole interaction , we thought we were in danger at one point . Later on the chef and whom I think was the manager ( gentlemen with glasses and a beard , started arguing also right in front of us ) . The food came after and it felt like it was old / rushed it was horrible . The ramen was bland and the chicken tender bao you could tell was not cooked to order it was old . I am very sad as this used to be my go to forRamen in Miami and I do not think I will ever return :(.

The food was good! It came out fast. The staff was nice. The customers however….. children screaming at the top of their lungs and just an overall loud vibe.*updating review bc It made both myself and my partner’s stomach hurt*

We had a lovely evening at Hachidori tonight. In Miami, where it is usually a choice between good service and good food, Hachidori delivers on both fronts. We were newbies to Hachidori and ordered way more than our tummies could handle, just to sample what they do. It was all without fault. The service was outstanding and Danny went above and beyond giving us a Sake education with a flight. They do volume take out, but the eat-in experience should not be missed!

What a pleasant find in Miami!Although the venue has no Japanese chef, the passion for Japanese Ramen that the owner has really shines through.I had the shoyu the money Ramen which had excellent quality pork as well as noodles. The broth was as close to authentic as I've tried in Miami. The gyoza were crispy / tender in all the right places, they had a modified sauce for dipping the gyoza which was a little spicy. Personally I like the original vinegar + soy sauce mix that usually comes with gyoza. We also tried the fried chicken appetizer which was also very good (also spicy) which came with a mayo Wasabi sauce which was great! We also got some baos to try out. They were sweet and tangy! Again a slight bit spicy. Will definitely come back while in Miami.
