We were here for my fiancee's birthday and we had the steak, shrimp and crab platter. She loved the crab OMG!!!. Our waitress Sophia was great!! Very attentive and helpful. Bubbly and friendly. She made our experience all the more better. I'd definitely recommend Lobster Shack in the future and Sophia as a waitress!!!

I really liked this place on the Lincoln road with relaxed seating. Their fish sandwich, fish and shrimp and tacos were awesome. The fish especially was awesome all tender and fresh.

I love Lobster Shack delicious food we’ve ordered so many different things. Everything hot seasoned really good.the Crab legs are my favorite. Banks the manager and everyone else is super kind. The Pineapple Mimosa hit the spot.Kid-friendliness: My ten year old enjoys dining here with me outside

I had the steak and my friends had the lobster. None of us liked the food. The service however was pretty good.

Cajun lobster roll and fries were delicious! A little pricey, but good food. Mostly outdoor dining with a smaller indoor setting. Customer service was excellent.

Definitely a great choice to enjoy while at Lincoln mall. However, it was very expensive. - a bit over priced. The food is cooked to order and you can eat outside and enjoy the cool vibes the strip has to offer. A great choice for a day out, but I would not visit again. Too expensive for the portions and taste.
