Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Brickell

Ice cream was good taste like usual. However the wafer was not crunchy and was soggy. It tasted like gum and I couldn’t bite any of them. My capuchino was very dark and no foam at all. The prices were very expensive for the quality of the coffee. I paid 3.80$ for a capuchino that tastes horrible! Must improve the quality of the wafer and the coffee. I will recommend to train people to make capuchino.I will come back to see if they have improve the wafer and coffee.

I recently visited this Haagen Dazs in Brickell City center and while the ice cream was okay, I found it to be a bit too sweet for my liking (dulce de leche). However, the service was quick and efficient. My main concern was the high prices, which I found to be unreasonable. I paid about $45 for 3 ice creams; I can get about 10 pints of ice cream at the supermarket for the price I paid.Overall, if you're looking for a quick ice cream fix and don't mind paying a premium, then this location is fine, but if you're on a budget, there are better options out there.

I like the service here, the staff is very courteous. They sell the obvious, ice-cream plus coffee, hot chocolate, natural fruit smoothies, cinnamon twists, muffins and more. It sometimes gets crowded but the line moves quickly. I give it 4 stars just because I think it’s a bit overpriced.

Every time I order from Uber eats to my apartment that is literally next door. The shake comes melted. Also spilled all over the tight bag. It’s not the Uber drivers because the bag is too tight for it to spill as they bring it. You guys are doing a terrible job at making these shakes. Do better.

The shop is small, the line can be confusing between ordering and paying.When we walked in, it smelled DELICIOUS. like fresh cookie or brownie battery.I ordered brownie a la mode in a cup, in there 2nd smallest size. Great portion size for me. Price was what I expected, very happy. My server was polite and speedy.

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED! The staff was super knowledgeable on the products and courteous! We ended up getting the cookies and creme sundae as well as the dulce de leche sundae. Both were fantastic! Super tasty. We’ve been here twice and four days and we will probably be back again. Thank you to the staff for making our first time a great one!
