Zitz Sum great dishes served here! If you find yourself in Coral Gables, this well hidden gem is NOT to be overlooked! It’s a mixture of Japan meets Italy via Thailand. Absolutely delectable, mouthwatering taste sensations! If I could give it an extra star, I would! Service was amazingly attentive and everyone was well versed on the menu items. You must Zitz yourself Sum of THIS!

Delicious hidden dim sum gem in the heart of Coral Gables! We walked in on a whim on a Friday night and got bar seating to enjoy a wonderful meal with drinks. All the cocktails are sake based and masterful creations of Humberto the bartender (who is furiously at work behind the bar). We even got to taste a sneak peek for the wonderful December cocktail he had planned.Dinner was delicious! The tartare is unbeatable and I would get again, and the same goes for the cabbage. The dim sum was good and a bit different, but the tartare set the standard so high that it felt like the dim sum couldn’t compete. All in all, I’ll return again and continue to taste the menu.

I wanted to love this place so badly as it is on Michelins radar but it failed me in so many ways.First off, difficult to find! There should be instructions on how to find the restaurant on google or on the website. FIND THE LARGE GOLD DOORS next to citi and make a right inside.I found out about this restaurant as I did my research on best places to visit in Miami as I’m visiting from NY. I was super excited to taste everything , esp with the reviews so i went ahead and did the tasting menu with my sister. A whopping $125 of disappointment. One thing I didn’t like was not knowing what was on the menu. I understand the element of surprise but having a menu allows diners decide if the set menu caters to their food preference. Since it was my first time, I just went for it. I wish I did alacarte.Chawanmushi - Nothing stood out. I wasn’t really a big fan of the cracker like ingredientCrab Rangoon - our FAVORITE of the night sadlyDonuts - liked that they tried to be creative and incorporate a piece of jamon on top but overall not impressedCrudo - Popular dish - thought the sauce was too thick and overpoweringOmar har gow- Disappointing dumplings. Too much meat inside and lacked flavor.Oma brodo - Korean bibimbap. Just wasnt a huge fan of the sauce - maybe I’m just too use to the original gochujangOma melon - Too thick and creamy. You can only enjoy 2 at mostThis place just did not satisfy my asian palate. I wouldn’t recommend the tasting menu at all, just not worth it but maybe alacarte would be better.

Cant say enough good things about Zitz Sum!!! Everything was so good I didn’t take many pictures.First, our service was excellent. These are the nicest people, from the hostess, to our servers, to the management. This team knows teamwork. Also they were there when we needed them but not oppressive. Perfect! Most importantly our food was spectacular. We did the tasting menu and were very happy. The tasting menu is chefs choice, so no official menu, however you can share your preferences for veggie or steak, etc. The timing of each dish was perfectly spaced as well. The team did a great job explaining how each dish was prepared and checking in with us. We chose a bottle of sake, but they also have a drink pairing to go with the menu.We drove out of our way to try this spot and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Zitz Sum for a fantastic night!

An unforgettable experience. My friend told me about this place multiple times, so I knew I was coming to a great experience, but the food at this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Every single dish we tried was delicious and unique. Our only regret was not getting the tasting menu, but now we have one more reason to come back.Amazing! Strongly recommended!

This is a great hidden gem in Miami. The menu seems limited but the richness and diversity of the dishes is out of this world. We particularly liked the bun, the crudo and the tartare. The service was excellent, all waiters are very nice. The staff could be better trained on dietary restrictions. They fumbled with that. The atmosphere was very lively, it is a bit of a speakeasy concept. The patio is not a good place to be seated at. It is lit with white lights and the atmosphere is terrible.Always as for seating inside!
