Shadow Wagyu

By far and across all of the countries that I have been to, this was the most delicious and perfect meal I have ever had! Every bite was a surprise and packed with interesting and exquisite flavor. Even the desert, churros fried in Wagyu fat, scallions and savory sauce on the ice cream. Al and his team of chefs made our night beyond perfect. The experience at the chef’s table is a must. Besides being cared for with top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, you still feel like you are eating in your friend’s kitchen. I was mystified watching all of the chefs express their culinary superpowers in a fast moving, very small kitchen. It was like seeing a ballet mixed with a triathlon. This isn't an exaggeration - by far my favorite restaurant in Miami! Besides the fact that they source the greatest product in the country, they have an incredible kitchen. The feeling of walking into a welcoming atmosphere, to be met with the comfort of amazing food is rare in Miami. Shadow Wagyu from start to finish crosses off all boxes! Miami's best!!!! God Bless

My husband and I had cheeseburgers at Shadow Wagyu. You can get a burger in any corner, but a GOOD MEAT BURGER, not always! I was amazed about the high quality and flavor of this meat. Actually, the burger looks like a big version of a gourmet burger. Is not a huge messy one, it is perfect and filled us up good.The place is clean, good prices.We met the owner, Alex his name, which is an adorable person and explained to us about the meat that they exported from Japan.Our service dog Kona, also enjoyed the atmosphere of this small and local place.You can eat or even better buy the meat in this place.I highly recommend this Shadow Wagyu.

WOW … that has to be the best burger ever, to the point that I think Shadow Wagyu has ruined my appetite for any other burger. The mushrooms and refreshing beverage on the side, the perfect pairings to this 5-star meal. Well done! I’ll be back … many times!
