The women who work here are totally rude and insufferable. Really need the management to fire them or Re-train them. Any question I asked came back with a retort or a negative answer. Not at all customer service oriented. They don’t care because they know you buy and fly out and they never see you again. But they are making us Great American Bagel into a thirds rate American bagel. Unless you want to be insulted don’t go there.

Prices were high, but the food was good. Got the Cuban Panini, but it looked like a sub sandwich more than a panini. Staff was reasonable but not overly friendly.

Nothing great about these bagels. Breakfast sandwiches are pre-made, and the bacon one had the saltiness bacon I've ever had and the bagel was soft and not particularly good. It tastes like a frozen breakfast sandwich you buy boxed and microwave at home.

I paid $9 for a supposedly scrambled egg cheese and meat plain bagel. My scrambled eggs is a flat frozen ridiculous thing.I just give it a few starts because a few of the people seemed to be trying but at the end of the day I had a terrible breakfast sandwichThis place is an embarrassment.Don't spend your money here

Have you seen Zootopia? Well the fine executives behind the counter of this establishment are the sloths at the DMV. We ordered and Sloth 1 met us with rudeness. We got in line 15 mins before boarding was called. It’s a pre made bagel people…PRE-MADE. NO COOKING. We were right at the register when we encountered the final sloth. The queen of all sloths. The sloth lord. Flight called final boarding and we left the bagels on the counter. Huge waste of time and from other reviews I don’t need to tell you about the terrible food quality. Come on MIA airport, get rid of this trashiness.

If I could give negative stars I would.. the service was deplorable and the guy that served me was very rude. First he got the order wrong and then had an attitude when I asked if he could please correct it and give me what I ordered… he turned around pretended to change it and gave me back the same exact wrong order… like really? I actually lost my appetite dealing with him.
