Great bagels- but I have had better. Service was alright.

Good bagels, horrible service! every single time I walk in. The staff is extremely busy making 100 bagels for to go orders. They do not tend to the customers that come here regularly that want a quick order and they do not tend to the customers that walk in! Their prioritys are their 100 bagel to go orders. Absolutely ridiculous Be ready to wait 30 minutes for a single bagel and be ready to be late to work like what happens everytine I step foot here. I suggest do not come to this location. They don’t care about their customers

Been wanting to try this place for so long and finally got to try them during our trip in Miami. The hype is real!!! Their bagels are sooooo darn good.Our order - Jalapeno cheddar bagel with jalapeno salsa smear.Green chile bagel with egg and cheese.Six cheese bagel with jalapeno salsa smear.Hazelnut latteThe bagels were perfectly toasted and tasted fresh and crispy. We initially got only two bagels but couldn't resist ourselves getting another one (the six cheese bagel).Definitely visiting this place again. Don't walk, run and grab yourself the best bagel of your life.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have ordered 4 times on DoorDash from this location and every time there was an issue with my order. I order an Avocado, Tomato, and Bacon Egg White sandwich each time. As if it’s not in the name itself, I check the egg white option on my order. Do they put egg white on there? No, they decide to completely ignore the recipe and instructions by putting a whole egg. I spoke with the manager at this location and he told me next time I order, I should call them and make sure they put egg white. Why should I have to take that additional step of calling when it’s in the instructions? Then this last time (which was yesterday) I ordered to try and give them another chance, I always order my sandwich on Asiago bagel. And what do they do? Remember the egg white but put it on Onion bagel. It’s like no one cares to pay attention to customers orders. Honestly, they need to take the delivery option away if they’re going to keep this up and not follow the instructions customers put for their order. The Sunny Isles location is a little far for me, but worth the travel to get there because the customer experience is a thousand times better. Never coming back to this location, the workers here are incompetent and can’t read directions of customers orders. Extremely disappointed

Dirty place, we were the only the customers and they couldn’t manage to prepare the ordered bagel type. At least they were nice but that’s the only positive thing. Would not recommend eating there.

Shoutout to the two guys working today, they were awesome!! Love Einstein bros no matter the location.
